Semi Towing Team Called In To Rescue Water Bottle Transport Truck

Valley Express’ semi towing team was called in to help a stranded semi truck. The truck was transporting a full load of new water bottles when it started to have bearing issues. Bearing problems are not an issue that can be ignored and fixed at a later date. Should you drive with worn out bearings, you run a high risk of having them completely blow out and cause your truck to lose a wheel!

This truck driver understood that it was no longer safe to drive his truck. He pulled over and gave the team at Valley Express a call. Using GPS technology, our dispatch team located the semi towing team closest to the stranded semi truck and dispatched them to the client immediately.

Thankfully, Valley Express prides themselves on their quick response times and reached the stranded truck within the hour. At least we know the driver would never be thirsty had he chosen a less reputable tow truck company that would have kept him waiting for hours! Pulling up to a truck full of water in the middle of a desert is definitely not something the semi towing team does every day!

The tow was relatively straightforward. The team arrived with a heavy wrecker and was able to easily tow the truck to a nearby repair facility in Mesa, AZ.

Fantastic work out there team!
