Valley Express Towing recently received a call from a customer located in Phoenix, AZ who needed heavy equipment towing. A flatbed trailer truck loaded with heavy construction equipment had broken down in Phoenix while on the way to a construction site.
The truck was carrying a 35K pound counterweight for a crane and 2 other construction pieces weighing 20K and 10K pounds including a toolbox. Some heavy equipment towing was needed straight away! Valley Express Towing sent their heavy equipment towing crew to the scene of the event with a replacement Landoll Trailer.
The heavy equipment towing team assessed the situation and came to the conclusion they needed a rotator and another Landoll replacement truck to get this job fixed. The crew called in the help of some of their heavy towing colleagues.
The construction equipment was loaded on one of the replacement trucks with the help of the rotator and quickly sent to their destination. The construction crew could then get to work with only minimal delay thanks to the heavy equipment towing team.
In addition, the broken flatbed trailer was loaded on the other replacement Landoll truck and moved away for repair. The job was done in approximately 1 hour using the rotator, the two replacement trucks, towing cables, towing straps.
